Here is day five of my work out. I picked this song because I used to party in the VIP lounge of this club with Tech N9ne all the time. This song was really popular on the radio back then. Me and my girls would hang out with him and his friends all the time. You would probably recognize his song Party Like a Rockstar that has come out more recently. Anyway I am not very strong right now when it comes to my pole tricks but all in good time. I thought  I would try out the pole in my bedroom but after that experimant I think it is headed back out to the living room!
